The 3rd Annual G5 Gives Back Brunch was held on April 27, 2025, at 5Church in Midtown Atlanta! We are extremely grateful for our G5 donors for setting a new record, raising just over $6,000 in 30 minutes for families facing hardships! We had the opportunity to acknowledge our honorees Mr. Devin Edwards, Mr. Mark Carroll, Mr. & Mrs. Forniss, Ms. Bath-Schebba Darbouze, and Mr. Michael Fuller.
Recipients of the "G5 Taking a Stance" token of appreciation have donated $500-$2,499 to our organization's mission and the recipients of the "G5 Reaching New Heights" award have donated $2,499-$9,999 to our organization's mission!
We have found that the unique approach to our fundraising events serve as the perfect link to involve the community, our valued sponsors, and many of Atlanta’s young and seasoned professionals in our mission. Our attendees consistently receive the ultimate G5 Experience with great music, hors d’oeuvres, limited open bar, plenty of photo and networking opportunities – ALL while having the opportunity to learn about and partner with our organization through donations that support the G5 Gives Back mission, Empowering families facing hardships in our community through direct support and opportunities.
The G5 Gives Back Brunch is a major pillar and marked the turning point in our organization.
This annual fundraising brunch event has directly enabled us to increase our impact in the Atlanta community from only assisting families during the holiday season to providing families the opportunity to request assistance year-round! Donations from our fundraising events benefit the G5 Gives Back Initiative, the Annual G5 Holiday Give Back, support to our local schools, and the collaborative efforts with The Sunshine Closet! From the prevented evictions, utility bills paid, family holiday gifts to the household and personal necessities provided, the recipients truly feel the love and support from G5, our donors, sponsors, partners and volunteers!
