We are excited to welcome Fulton County's, Asa G. Hillard Elementary School to The Sunshine Closet family! Joining the Evoline C. West Wildcats, The Asa G. Hillard Panthers be home to the 2nd Sunshine Closet!
The Sunshine Closet is a collaborative resource founded by Mrs. Deneatrice Harrison and Mrs. Tundra Jenkins, expanded by G5 Gives Back. The Sunshine Closet serves as an invaluable resource aimed at assisting students from families experiencing financial difficulties, ensuring they have access to essential items and the self-assurance necessary for success. The Sunshine Closet provides jackets, backpacks, uniforms, personal hygiene products, everyday clothing, shoes, undergarments, and nonperishable food items, all available to students and their families.
This Sunshine Closet Project is sponsored by The Fuller Family Foundation, The Fleming Family, and Ground 5 Gives Back. Renovations are set to begin on Feb. 25th. Volunteer opportunities are available!
