About Us

In 2019 the G5 brand was founded as Ground 5 (G5) Party Bus, a transportation company centered on providing an unmatched client experience, quality, trust, equal opportunity and giving back to the community.

2020-2021, the transportation division sponsored an annual G5 Holiday Give Back event. A portion of profits were allocated to assist local families in need during the winter holiday season. This give back included utility bill payments, back rent/mortgage payments to help prevent evictions, and even including some items from the family's holiday wish list.

 

In the fall of 2022, we decided to maximize our efforts by transforming the annual initiative into a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit entity, Ground 5 (G5) Gives Back. Our mission is to empower members of our community facing temporary hardships through direct support and opportunities.

 

Although, Ground 5 Gives Back now stands as its own separate entity, we are proud to continue our partnership with G5 Party Bus, as the official transportation of the G5 Gives Back organization.

 

We have found that the unique approach to our fundraising events serve as the perfect link to involve the community, our valued sponsors, and many of Atlanta’s young and seasoned professionals in our mission. Our attendees consistently receive the ultimate G5 Experience with great music, hors d’oeuvres, and plenty of photo and networking opportunities – all while having the opportunity to learn about and partner with our organization through donations to support the Ground 5 Gives Back mission.

We strongly believe, “Partying for a cause benefits us all!”.

Due to the support we receive at our events, assistance in the community went from only the holiday season to accepting year-round request for assistance in 2023! In 2024, we plan to extend our assistance Title 1 schools in the Atlanta area.
